In working with Jonathan Rose Companies, the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and the Enterprise Green Community, Path is rehabbing the existing building to include upgrades throughout the building units, common areas, and surrounding site. The renovation scope of work includes Demolition, Fire Restoration, Carpentry, Roofing, Windows, HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing.
