Maddie Krause became the Human Resources Generalist at Path Construction in 2019. She has experience in staffing including recruiting, onboarding and training. Maddie is also involved in compliance, policy development, and benefits. Ms. Krause plays a pivotal role in the positive and engaging work environment at Path Construction. She provides continued support to our employees throughout the country.
Ms. Krause holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from DePaul University in Chicago. Maddie has since found Human Resources is her passion and is proud of her contributions to Path and each individual’s career growth and development.
